It was a rough night but this was our reward.  We were virtually alone on a beach that would be swamped in mere hours.

Kimbap

This is a fairly crappy photo of kimbap.  Kimbap is a staple of Korean cuisine.  It is pretty simple but get it fresh and it is delicious.  The standard kind comes with a strip of egg, raddish, ham, crab (not shown because I hate it) a carrot and some weird brown root.  It's then rolled up in rice (bap) and lav (kim).  Not bad for a buck.

Freezer Mystery

Frankly, I have no idea what on earth this bag is.  It was in my freezer in my first apartment and for some reason came along to the second.  It is either an ice pack or frozen cow blood.
